ISSUE
You launch SIMS and get the error "Incompatible Database".
CAUSE
This is caused by SIMS not being up to date compared with the version of SIMS on the school server. If the versions do not match it refuses to open in case of incompatibility.
SOLUTION
You need to update SIMS on your computer. This should have happened automatically unless the update was halted or delayed due to the computer not being used.
Update SIMS by doing the following...
1. Launch the SOLUS Agent from the taskbar tray.
2. Click the Applications Tab.
3. Click Check for Update.
