ISSUE
Smart board does not respond to users touching it.
SOLUTIONS
Check to make sure that the USB lead is connected from the laptop to the board screen.
Check the smart board icon in the taskbar tray. It may indicate why it is not communicating.
Check that Smart notebook is installed and working on the computer.
Re-open Smart Notebook and/or reboot the computer in case the services have crashed.
