ISSUE
Windows or Microsoft Office is now showing as a valid purchase. it is notifying the user that it needs activation.
CAUSE
The license key has not been entered.
SOLUTION
Ask the IT Department to activate the software.
The laptop or desktop must have a working and stable network connection to the server.
In the VAMT on the server the client computer can be removed and rediscovered. Then the client computer can be right clicked on repeatedly to first detect the current status of the software, to then sent out to the appropriate license key and then to activate the software. This can be done for both products.
