ISSUE
- When logging on to Outlook you get the following error "Login Error the service is currently offline. Please try again later. If problem persists, please contact customer service (701)"
- When recieving e-mails it takes ages for the mail to arrive or it does not come through at all. The app shows connecting... but shows no sign of being unable to connect.
CAUSE
App get out of date and then cannot connect to the server.
SOLUTION
Update the Outlook app to the latest version using the app store on the phone.
