ISSUE
The photocopiers do not say which toner has run out? There is just a coloured box that says TONER EMPTY
CAUSE
The Papercut logon screen gets in the way of the message box.
SOLUTION
Turn the photocopier off and back on again. The message box will appear saying the letter of the colour that has run out.
Alternatively open the font flap of the photocopier to see which toner has been partially ejected.
