PROBLEM

Error message prevents you from printing booklets.

CAUSE

Saddle stitching refers to stapling the spine of the booklet. Thick paper cannot be folded and stapled properly so the photocopier refuses to do the job.

SOLUTION

Go to tray settings. Ensure that Tray 1 for booklets is set to PLAIN and not HEAVY (thick) paper.
